Editorial process
Every article published on IPL Live Fantasy follows a four-step editorial process. First, the writer drafts based on their own match-day notes, squad announcements and historical data. Second, an editor reviews the draft for factual accuracy and editorial tone. Third, the article is checked against the live app listing — for app-related guides, we confirm the publisher name, app size and current version. Fourth, a final copy-edit pass tightens language and adds internal links. Articles are timestamped with the date of last review, and corrections are published at the top of any article that has been updated post-publication.
Funding and editorial independence

How corrections work
If you find a factual error in any of our articles, email [email protected] with the article URL and a brief description. We verify the correction against our source data, publish the correction at the top of the article within 24 hours and update the byline timestamp. For safety-critical corrections (e.g., an error in a withdrawal step that could cost a reader money), we publish the correction within one hour.
Who writes for IPL Live Fantasy
Our six writers are based across India — three in Mumbai, two in Bengaluru, one in Kolkata. All have at least three years of cricket journalism experience and most have covered the IPL since its 2018 season. We publish staff bylines on every article, and the writer's initials appear at the end of the byline so readers know whose judgment is on the page.
What we do not publish
We do not publish speculative squad lists, unverified transfer rumours or invented prize pools. We do not run promotional contests for the consumer app beyond what the operator itself publishes. We do not accept guest posts from anyone connected to the operator, the IPL franchises or any fantasy platform competitor.
