States where paid fantasy is permitted

Paid fantasy cricket is permitted in: Andhra Pradesh (with Telangana — see restrictions below), Assam (with restrictions — see below), Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha (with restrictions), Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.

States with restrictions

  • Andhra Pradesh — paid fantasy play restricted; users from AP may not access paid contests.
  • Assam — paid fantasy play restricted under state legislation.
  • Odisha — fantasy play restricted; verify current status with the state gaming authority.
  • Telangana — paid fantasy play restricted; users from Telangana may not access paid contests.
  • Sikkim — paid fantasy play restricted.
  • Nagaland — paid fantasy play restricted.

Union territories

Eligibility in union territories follows the law of the parent state. Chandigarh follows Punjab law. Puducherry follows Tamil Nadu law. Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu follow central guidelines.
