Customer care for the official app is reachable through four channels: in-app chat (fastest), email, support number and the help centre. Below is how to use each one effectively, plus the documents you should have ready before reaching out.

Channel 1 — In-app chat (recommended)
Open the app, tap your profile icon and choose "Help & Support". The chat window opens with a chatbot triage — describe your issue in one sentence, and a human agent joins the chat within 1-5 minutes during working hours. Off-peak (after midnight IST) can take up to 30 minutes.
Channel 2 — Email
Email is best for non-urgent or document-heavy queries. Use the support email listed in the Help & Support section of the app. Include:
- Your registered mobile number
- A clear subject line (withdrawal pending, KYC issue, contest query)
- Screenshots of any error or transaction reference
- Your preferred contact channel for follow-up
Response time is typically 4-12 hours during working days.
Channel 3 — Phone support
The published support number connects during business hours (09:00 – 21:00 IST, seven days a week during the IPL season). Phone support is best for urgent withdrawal or account-access queries that need immediate verification.
Channel 4 — Help centre and FAQs
The in-app help centre covers the most common questions about deposits, withdrawals, KYC and contest rules. Search your query before reaching out — many answers are documented.
What to include in your first message
To get your issue resolved in one round-trip, include:
- Your registered mobile number (never share your OTP).
- A one-line summary of the issue.
- The date and time of the transaction or event you are querying.
- Screenshots of any error message or transaction reference.
What customer care will never ask
The customer care team will never ask for your OTP, your password, your full bank account number, or your UPI PIN. If someone asks for any of these, end the conversation and report it to the platform's fraud team.
Frequently asked questions
In-app chat is fastest for most queries. Open the app, go to Help & Support, and start a chat session.
Failed transactions are auto-refunded within 3-5 working days. If you do not see the refund, contact support with the transaction reference.
Use the in-app Report Fraud option, or email the support address with "FRAUD" in the subject line. The fraud team responds within 1 hour.
